He is a Graduate in Commerce and Law. He started his career in the field of construction in the year 1998. Since the last decade he has been handling the company with dynamism and vigour. After he joined the company it has grown remarkably. He handles all legal and financial aspects and also takes care of designing of various projects. The company under his guidance has taken various redevelopment projects for S.R.A. at Charkop and Malvani.

He is a director & a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. He also holds a diploma in Civil Engineering. He joined the company as a director in the year 2001. Mr. A. S. Bhatia looks after the quality control and technical department of the company. He is always keen on upgrading the raw materials & finished materials during the construction of various projects. He with his friendly nature has been able to co-ordinate with all the contractors & engineers deputed on the site to complete the projects at the given time. He has given his total contribution for making the company an ISO 9001:2000 company.

Mr. Ankit Kanakia has over 15 years of experience in financial markets, specializing in equity asset classes, currency derivatives, commodity markets, and global indices. He holds an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University. His career includes significant roles at MCX Stock Exchange for over five years and the BSE Group for more than nine years.
